A dynamic young professional from Tunisia, holding a business administration degree, with 6+ years of diverse experience in civil society. She has worked in various fields, including project management, communication, coordination, logistics, and event planning. Currently, she serves as an administrator responsible for a center dedicated to supporting women victims of violence with the United Region of Tunisian Women (UNFT Kairouan). She’s also a project coordinator with LDA Tunisia and has recently joined the PAR (Participation-Action-Research) project, aimed at empowering youth in climate change areas,  and YOUNGO. Rim’s adaptability and quick learning empower her to embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. Her vision is to excel in project management and climate finance while finding joy in volunteering, photography, and event organization.
