“The Nairobi Summer School on Climate Justice Cohort IV, enabled by PACJA, gave me a clear understanding that climate change disproportionately affects marginalized groups—including women, children, and racial minorities—who contribute the least to the problem. It deepened my understanding of the root causes and drivers of climate change in my community, Makueni, Kenya. This knowledge enhanced my engagement with youth in agribusiness, particularly in coordinating partnerships to address challenges faced by agri-entrepreneurs due to poor agricultural practices and limited access to opportunities and services.”
